The career coaching program targets two different groups of clients:
a) Ambitious, high achieving professionals who feel trapped and frustrated by their current career. They are struggling to make the career changes that they know they need to make, and believe that their careers should be exciting and fulfilling. They might be overworked, undervalued, fatigued or struggling to connect with their professional purpose. Career coaching helps to break this career autopilot.
b) Professionals who are looking to return to work after a career break. This could be for various reasons, but commonly is as a result of having children and pausing their career for a few years. Both sets of clients typically go through the following stages:

• Explore and Design: Understand what your core values are and what you want from your work and life as a whole. Allows you to dream, brainstorm and be innovative around new career possibilities. Explores the intersection of your signature strengths, key interests and opportunity set.

 Implement:  Action based strategies to take you from where you are currently to where you would like to be in your career. These include practical support around CV writing, preparing for interviews as well as how to go about strategic networking. You will define your personal brand and career narrative, and increase confidence, commitment and motivation in yourself and your new career direction.

• Before Leave: Explore expectations and concerns for pregnancy, maternity leave and return to work. Identify key career objectives and aspirations in order to establish the ‘pick up point’.
During Leave: Examine changes in identity upon becoming a parent and create clarity about what is important for you as a professional and a parent. Support is provided for the practical aspects of returning to work such as childcare, emotional concerns, as well as creating a return to work plan to re-engage and re-connect.
After Leave: Create clarity and renewed focus for you career, including current and future goals.
