Nina Beale

For over a decade I have been obsessed with people and how human beings can create and design lives that truly fulfill and inspire them. I thrive on coaching professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals who are committed to realizing and achieving their unique potential in both their work and personal lives. I believe that coaching is not merely a methodology, but a language that enables and empowers individuals to move forward to accomplish their goals, while learning who they are in the process.

Prior to becoming a professional coach, I spent 15 years in the investment industry. My work led me to Europe, Africa and the Middle East, where I have been privileged to work with top companies and CEOs across many sectors. I loved that career and I learnt a huge amount about businesses and relationships, but also: what it takes to perform under pressure. Today, my clients benefit from this experience and understanding. We are able to explore where they might be making choices for their personal lives or career that are incongruent with their values, as well as helping them reconnect with their long-term aspirations.  A deep understanding of how businesses and business leaders operate serves me well in practice as I help provide greater clarity for many of my clients. I am on a mission to change the way organizations think about, and respond to, the needs of their most precious asset: the people. I also believe that people are capable of much greater leadership than they suspect, be this in their organization or their own lives. I work with my clients as a catalyst for change, bringing forth insights and elements perhaps unseen, and enabling them to feel and experience their lives and careers in new ways.

My life has been very international. I was born in Africa and have lived and worked in several countries; making me very familiar with the language of people who are in transition. I bring curiosity, empathy and rigour to my coaching and have a warm and insightful style. My greatest pleasure is enjoying the company of my husband and son, and having thought-provoking conversations over a foodie meal with wine and friends. I am passionate about travel, have visited over 75+ countries, and love learning about new cultures. My recharging points include reading, meditation, yoga as well as being active in nature and creative in the kitchen.
